Situated just 14 miles north west of the lovely town of Lovech and about 12 miles south west of Pleven. The village has a nice architectural style and was a rich one with many substantial houses. The village has a bus service, shops, a church, a surgery and several cafes/bars.
The house is on the edge of a green near the centre of the village.The property consists of; a house with six rooms, two halls, a balcony, a cellar and a loft, all connected with an internal staircase (substantial and straight). The house is large, spacious and airy, it is in reasonable repair. The garden is south facing.
The barn is a very large two storey building, and the garage is attached to this at the front.
The garden is about 600m2, manageable but not small, half of it is laid to grass, the other half is nicely stone block paved.
