Description:



The property is located on the hills of the eastern coast of the Ferradura Bay, on the southern side of the Búzios Peninsula, in the State of Rio de Janeiro. An island of peace and quiet, bordering with an area of environmental preservation and a few minutes walk from the beach, about 2 km from the center of Búzios.

The house was designed and built by an Italian architect in the typical Búzios style, finished with hardwood, natural stone and old tiles, all in perfect symbiosis with the surrounding nature, always offering new perspectives of vision of the garden and the sea .

Its layout is from north to south, with windows to the eastern slope and the garden and bay to the west.

All living areas occupy the width of the house and are accessible from the panoramic terraces.

Main floor: The pool has an entrance hall where you have access, on one side, to the living room with bar and fireplace room and, on the other, the dining room, terrace, kitchen, laundry and balcony with exit to the gate area. At the end of the pool terrace, there is a suite with a bathroom.



Upper level: A comfortable staircase at the entrance of the living room leads to the master suite, with terrace, jacuzzi and closet.



Intermediate level: BBQ area, access to the rear of the house, 3 more suites, the garden.



Garden level: Three suites with bathroom, overlooking the garden and the sea, and a deposit.



A path through the garden joins the gate area.



The garden: A true botanical garden with a wide variety of ornamental and medicinal plants, fruit trees and spices, palm trees, exotic flowers, bromeliads, cacti, orchids ...



Others: Various tanks, garage / atelier, water tower and 3 rainwater collection tanks.



Next to the gate is situated the annex or servant's house with kitchen and pantry, patio, two bedrooms, a bathroom and a small terrace.
