Monthly rental apartment (from 90 days to 11 months)

This 35m2 apartment has everything you need for your temporary stay in Barcelona.
The day area consists of a nice and cozy living room with access to a large terrace, which you will enjoy on these perfect sunny days.
The kitchen has all the appliances and utensils you need for day-to-day, such as ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher, etc.
The sleeping area consists of one comfortable double bedroom and a full bathroom with a shower.

TERMS:
- Deposit for stays shorter than 6 months: 1,5 month's rent
- Deposit for stays longer than 6 months: 2 month's rent
- Maximum Stay: 11 months
- Registration is possible only for stays longer than 6 months
- The utilities of internet, Water, and Electricity are not included in the rental price

•— Check-in times: Weekdays from 10 am to 6 pm

’°Late Check-in fee: If check-in is out of this schedule €80 extra will be charged.
’°Late Move-in fee: €80 extra will be charged if the move-in takes place on a date different from the one originally requested by the tenant
