Hello, We have been a homestay family since 2015 and have hosted students and newcomers from around the world. So far we have hosted guests from more than 15+ countries. We enjoy learning about different cultures and helping guests settle in Canada! The house is a 2 floor house with a large kitchen with 2 fridges, dining room and comfortable living room. The house is beautifully decorated and it has lots of light and space. The rooms come with large window and private bathroom for a comfortable, luxurious and private stay. Each room comes with a queen size bed, 2 door large closet, a study desk and lots of storage space. The place is 8 minutes direct bus ride from New West Skytrain Station. The bus comes frequently every 15 minutes. The place is 5 minutes walk to Tim Hortons, cafes and 10 minutes walk to Walmart, Royal City Center Mall, New West library, gym and much more! Everything you need within walking distance. We are close to Douglas college, SFU, and JIBC, & BCIT
