There's a laundry room accessed via the alleyway, plus a handy wet room to rinse off sandy paws. As for the location, there's no comparison. You'll be perched along Victoria Quay's sea wall, only a short stroll from the high street and quayside.
*The downstairs wet room and utility room are accessed via a communal alleyway at the back of the cottage.
*If you're travelling with little ones, your host provides a travel cot and high chair upon request. You'll need to bring your own cot linen.
*Guests have access to all areas of the home, apart from the bunk bed room, which is out of bounds and not available to rent.
*Your host provides a complimentary permit for one vehicle to park at Salcombe's long-stay public lots, either Creek End car park in the summer or Shadycombe in the winter.
