With a large outdoor area, private swimming pool and various leisure areas for the little ones, this beautiful villa will leave a lasting impression on your life.
We remind you that it is not permitted to hold large events such as communions, weddings or birthdays that exceed the hiring limit of this rural house. The space is for holidays and not for celebrations.
Please note that in this villa you have the possibility of hiring a transfer service, bicycle rental, massage service at home, etc. Please consult with your receptionist a few days before your arrival for a better organisation of your trip.
With a fully fenced plot, you will be able to park without any problem inside the plot, the location of the villa will allow you to be just a few minutes drive to the centre of Alhaurín el Grande, golf courses and to the road accesses to any point of the province of Málaga and the airport.
This villa is subject to prior payment of a deposit, please consult with your agency or portal.
Depending on the number of occupants that you hire for your holidays, different sleeping areas will be opened, having the main house a capacity of 14 people, exceeding that number of people up to 20 PAX the bungalow spaces will be opened, which are two and with capacity each one for 3 pax.
Outside you can enjoy a large swimming pool (not heated), a large playground and various leisure and relaxation areas so you can have your own experience within the plot. Remember that it is your responsibility to keep an eye on your children. Please note that the pool has a cover that you can use for the safety of children if you wish.
The interior of the main house is comfortable, spacious and equipped with everything you need to have lunch, watch TV and have a nice time together. With a two-storey architecture, the upper floor which is accessed by a comfortable staircase offers four bedrooms:
Upper bedroom 1 and 2:
This bedroom, with a more adolescent character offers you three single beds and a double bed, these beds are communicated but separated, thus having the double bed area more privacy. It has a television in the single bed area, a video game console and a small balcony. As well as space to store your luggage in an orderly manner.
Bedroom 3:
Equipped with a double bed and a single bed, with a window to the outside, a small television and space for your luggage.
Bedroom 4:
With a large window to the outside and a large double bed, this bedroom together with its air conditioning is ideal for resting.
On this floor we have a complete bathroom.
On the lower floor, in addition to the spacious living-dining room, equipped kitchen and bathroom, there are also two bedrooms. In addition, through the living-dining room we will have access to the outside areas of the swimming pool and covered porch with an area for recreational machines.
The lower bedrooms, which are two, both offer a double bed, air conditioning, window to the outside and space to store your luggage comfortably and tidily.
BUNGALOW AREA
This rest area has its own outdoor area. They are bungalows (both are the same) ideal for teenagers and each one can accommodate three people. They do not have a kitchen, but they do have a bathroom with shower and air conditioning.
These bungalows will be opened as follows:
When you book the 15th or 16th and 17th place, one of them will be opened.
The second bungalow will be opened when the 18th, 19th and 20th bungalow is booked.
This villa has internet connection (due to the size of the villa and the large outdoor areas) it is possible that some areas may not have much coverage.
It has air conditioning.
