Enjoy a stunning view of Cape Town from the open living and dining area, furnished with a comfortable leather sofa and TV for relaxing evenings. The kitchen features high-end brand appliances, including a dishwasher and gas stove. A ceiling fan and UV shades ensure a pleasant temperature.
The apartment has two bedrooms: The master bedroom with a king-size bed, walk-in closet, and desk, and a second bedroom with a queen-size bed and wardrobe. Both rooms are equipped with blackout curtains and ceiling fans.
For remote work, high-speed fiber-optic Wi-Fi is available, and it works even during load shedding thanks to an UPS system. A separate workspace is set up in the bedroom.
The modern bathroom offers a spacious shower, toilet, sink, and a washer-dryer. An additional separate toilet is also available.
A private parking spot and high-quality bed linen, towels, and beach towels, as well as picnic and tennis equipment, are provided.

During load shedding times, the elevator is temporarily out of service. Don`t worry – the apartment (10th floor) is accessible by stairs. Additionally, high-speed internet is available throughout the apartment, and mobile devices can be charged. The gas stove continues to work, and (portable) lighting is provided to ensure your stay remains comfortable during power outages.
