If somebody looks at the city map, this sunny top floor studio apartment is situated at the centre of Thessaloniki centre. Everything is within walking distance. 2 minutes walk from Agias Sofias Metro. Combines classic with modern style while ethnic spots are noticeable. The main factor that characterises it is the rich sunlight! It is on the 8th floor and surrounded by windows! Super market just underneath, coffee places, shops and bus stops...literally everything is under your feet!
The space
As wrote above, the rich sunlight is the main characteristic of this flat. Small and cozy and ideal for 2 people but can sleep up to three persons (one in the sofa bed). There is also one extra room that will be closed and not available (some personal items there). The balcony is big and nothing will be above you apart from the sky and the birds. Although so central this apartment does not make you feel suffocated. I still live here and use it as my second home when I have obligations at the city centre (not of course when guests are there :)
The lift goes up to the 7th floor so there is one floor that you have to go up.
Kitchen utensils, espresso coffee machine, washing machine, huge TV and DVD player with a movie and documentary collection are provided. Air condition as well for the hot temperatures in summer and the cold weather in winter.
The bathroom is not ideal for extra large people, they might feel that it is too narrow. (I am 182 cm tall and it is fine for me).
Feel free to use everything but respect the house and treat it as being guests at a friend.
Although very central apartment, there was only one person within the three years in airbnb that complaint for streets noise. She said she was very sensitive in noises. If you belong to this 1% then perhaps it would be a good idea to look for an apartment outside the city centre or at a property with facade at a narrow street (but then, bye bye sunlight :)
Washing machine is available but detergent allowed to be used is only liquid or tablets and it is not provided (you have to buy or bring :)

Other things to note
This is a non smoking apartment!!
Smoking is allowed only at the balcony!!
No parties!!
