This is a stylish and contemporary 5 bedroom villa located in Quinta da Balaia. With terracota tiles throughout and plenty of south facaing windows, the villa reminesces an Ibiza feeling.
To the left of the entrance there is a small storage room and a double bedroom with bathroom. At the end of the dining area a door takes you into the three double bedrooms which share a family bathroom.
The staircase takes you to the first floor and here there is a double bedroom with 2 extra beds and a large terrace, a large bathroom with sink and Italian shower, and a conjunte of fitted wardrobes in the hallway.
All rooms have air conditioning for heating and for cooling at no extra charge.
Outside the pool and gardens are private and can be accessed from the main entrance through the sliding living room doors. The pool to the left of the garden is fenced and the whole garden is lawned and spacious for sun worshippers to relax in.
There is also a large outdoor and covered dining area equipped with barbecue, table and chairs.
This pleasant Algarve villa is in an excellent location and close to the busiest centre of Albufeira. The beach of Santa Eulália is a few minutes drive away, the picturesque Old Town of Albufeira is also close by, a few minutes drive away and the Strip is a 10 minute walk away.
The local bus stops at the roundabout at the entrance to Quinta da Balaia.
The rental includes bed linen, bath towels, pool towels, electricity, water, wifi internet and baby kit (travel cot + high chair).
