Calm and quiet flat in the iconic 5th district near to Parliament and Danube. There are 2 separate bedrooms and large kitchen with dining space. The apartment is fully equipped, centrally installed quiet AC for the summer and modern, safe and economic gas heating in winter. It is located on the 5th - top - floor in a traditional building so it is full of natural light. It can be reached my elevator up to the 4th floor and from there by stairs.
Several shops and art galleries in the nearby. Most tourist attractions in walking distance, but you can benefit of the excellent public transportation also - Metro 2 and 3, Tram 2, 4-6. You can jog, beach or walk on Margaret Island that is few steps away and explore several marvelous parks in the heart of the city.
The apartment is especially ideal for students, business or holiday travellers who prefer resting in two separated rooms in a historical, central and safe location.
If you are a digital nomad you can utilize the smaller room as a separated home office area.
Comfortable for midterm also. Fully equipped kitchen, washing machine, enough storage place.
Hint: Due to tax reasons discount is provided for stays between 30-90 days. Longer stays can be booked with two separate accounts to get the discount.
