CONDITIONS-Minimum stay: 2 months-Deposit: Depending on the length of your stay. The minimum deposit is 1 month. The maximum deposit is 2 months.-To confirm your reservation, you must pay one month`s rent.-One week before your arrival, you must pay the security deposit.-All guests will need to be registered with an identity document.-A rental contract will be signed online.-You must provide a document that justifies the temporary nature of the contract (work contract, course enrollment, Erasmus certificate, etc.).
INCLUDED IN THE RENTAL PRICE-Wifi included.-We provide a change of sheets and towels once a week and floor cleaning. If the apartment is not tidy or there are too many personal items on the floor that hinder the cleaning, this cleaning will not be done until the following week.
NOT INCLUDED IN THE RENTAL PRICE-Electricity, water, and gas supplies are not included. They will be deducted from the deposit, as well as any damages caused, once we have received all utility bills (45 days after check-out).-End-of-stay cleaning not included in the rental price: €120.
