La Jabonería means a 'soap factory' in Spanish and we have called it that way because it actually used to be a soap factory in the past. It`s been totally renovated and adapted to create a perfect coliving space for digital nomads. The building has two floors and 11 private bedrooms in total. There are 7 double rooms and 4 single ones. You`ll have unlimited access to all the common spaces located on the floor where your room is. All of our rooms are equipped with the following items: comfortable double or single bed, wardrobe, desk with chair and lamp, air conditioning, towels and bed linen. On every floor there is a living room, kitchen, terrace, 3 bathrooms and a laundry area that you'll be sharing with other colivers. The building is located in the neighborhood known as La Creu del Grau and about 30 min walking distance to the beach. It`s very well connected with the rest of the city and you can find near the house bus and metro stops.
In the rent are included:
- Private bedroom with AC
- All the bills and taxes
- Unlimited use of common areas located on the same floor where your room: living room, kitchen, bathroom, terrace and laundry area
- Parking for bicycle (inside the building)
- Fast Wifi in the room and common areas
- Coworking: 5 passes/month (if you are interested in a monthly membership, please contact us for more details)
