Casa Lourdes takes its place in Boliqueime. House was renovated, deeply renovated and many of the interior spaces got refurbished too. The idea was to create more of a winter cottage that, at the same time, would work as a summer holiday spot regarding its proximity to the Algarve's seashore. HOUSE RULES:
* No D7 visa applicants (D7 licenses require a minimum of a 6 month stay in Portugal) and we only accept 4 months stays maximum.
* Check-out up until 11am. Smoking is not allowed INSIDE the house. Pets are not allowed. Parties are not allowed.
* Casa Lourdes has a maximum capacity of 6 guests and this capacity can never be exceeded. It is prohibited by law, the fines are high and we homeowners can lose our Local Accommodation license. In such situations, there will be a consequent expulsion from the house without reimbursement for the stay. Be honest with the number of guests when making your reservation. We never get tired of warning people about these things because unfortunately situations like these have happened in the past.
