It is a semi-detached house, completely renovated, with a spacious, open-plan, very bright interior space, a very practical and comfortable layout. The main room consists of a living-dining room, with an integrated and fully equipped open kitchen. The apartment has two adjoining bedrooms, the main room with a double bed, large closet and smart TV. The second bedroom is equipped with a bunk bed with two single beds, coat rack and luggage rack. Both bedrooms have a window with views of the sea and the valley and are equipped with a portable radiator for the coldest nights. The bathroom is in front of the bedrooms, with a shower tray and screen.
The accommodation has a terrace-solarium on the roof, delimited exclusively for guests with an outdoor dining set with an umbrella and two hammocks.
