The bedroom advertised in this listing for this apartment is located on the on the right side from the main entrance. The room comes with a double queen size bed for couples and is fully furnished (big queen bed for 2 people, bedside table, desk, lamps, curtains, big and long table with chairs). The bed is spacious and comfortable.
The place is perfect for couples, friends, foreign students (Erasmus) and professionals. There are many expats and foreign students in the building.
An additional cot for a baby and a small bed for children are available upon request.
THE DEPOSIT IS NEGOTIABLE (LOWER AMOUNT) FOR A PERIOD SHORTER THAN 3 MONTHS.

The second bed is a double size bed for a couple (the bed is located in the bedroom).
The deposit shall cover 1 monthly rent + utilities\bills in the value of one month calculated in excess.
The deposit is only an amount withheld by the Lessor as collateral and a guarantee for the entire rental period. The security deposit is not a form of payment of the last monthly rent.
The Lessor is reasonable, always ready to understand and help the tenants.
