A great, quietly located flat in Neukölln. A hipster district, not far from the S-Bahn Sonnenallee and U-Bahn Karl-Marx-Straße. There are numerous shops, cafés and bars, accompanied by a multicultural mix.
This flat is perfect for a single person or a young couple. Refurbished to a high standard and furnished with love, it is a place where you can feel at home. The living room offers plenty of space, with access to the cosy and fully equipped kitchen. The second room is not adjacent to the living room to ensure more peace and quiet for sleeping and is furnished with a large bed.
The residential area offers many cosy bars and cafés in a Berlin atmosphere. In summer, there are also many opportunities for walking in the surrounding green spaces and along the water at the Schiffahrtskanal. By public transport not far from S-Bahn Sonnenallee and U-Bahn line U7 Karl-Marx-Straße in a very good, central location. Nearby is Tempelhofer Park with lots of greenery. Shopping can be easily done at local supermarkets, weekend markets and in Karl-Marx-Straße.
