+ GAS CONTRIBUTION EURO 50 FROM OCTOBER TO APRIL
RENT : €260
EXPENSES : € 120 ( water , condo fees , WiFi, insurance, electricity - UP TO , mentioned as OTHER COST )
GAS : there is a charge for the heat for the winter starting from October to April
