This furnished apartment* is located by the sea and close to the city. The apartment has two separate bedrooms as well as a living room with an open concept kitchen. The living room\kitchen can be separated from the rest of the apartment by a sliding door. Thus it can be used as a guest room. The kitchen has been renovated this year and it is equipped with a fridge, freezer, microwave, oven and dishwasher. The bathroom is equipped with a washing machine, shower, sink, toilet and underfloor heating. The spacious apartment is complimented with a big private balcony facing the sea. The apartment is equipped with an airconditioning unit which is located in the living room.
There is a shared sauna on the floor-level of the building. Parking is located under the building in a parking hall and you can conveniently access the apartment with a lift directly from there without stepping outside.
The Kallio\Hakaniemi neighbourhoods which are located just beside Merihaka are best known for their great restaurant and culture scenes. The metro, trams and busses are all located within or under a 10 minute walk away. The area itself though is very calm and safe as Merihaka is located on a concrete deck above traffic.
*Currently the apartment is half-furnished but based on your needs it can be fully furnished or emptied. The apartment now includes a queen bed, a desk + chair, dining table and 4 chairs, rugs, lamps, patio furniture and a wooden cupboard (pictured). If you are interested in having the apartment fully furnished we can provide: a couch, a tv stand and tv and another bed or crib for the second bedroom.
Please note that the second bedroom is still under renovation but I will post photos as soon as possible.
The apartment is available for a minimum of 6 months. This is also negotiable.
