Il costo della registrazione del contratto è a carico del proprietario. Dopo l'ingresso, il contratto può essere cancellato dando minimo 3 mesi di preavviso. In caso di chiusura anticipata del contratto, il costo totale delle spese di registrazione dello stesso verranno rimborsate dall'ospite\i.
No animali, no party, rispetto degli orari del silenzio. E' concesso fumare solo sul balcone.
Non è possibile mettere la residenza nella proprietà. La cassetta della posta ed il citofono sono in comune con altro appartamento ed il loro utilizzo è vietato.
