The kitchen is fully equipped with a sink, electric tea kettle, toaster, full refrigerator, stove, coffee machine, microwave, and more. Dishes, cutlery, pots and pans and cooking utensils are provided as well. The apartment has a combination clothes washer and dryer. A vacuum, broom, mop and cleaning supplies are also available in the apartment. The property is heated throughout the winter months with electric heating.
