We offer a recently renovated apartment of 68 m2 on the first floor of a quiet & secure building. The apartment is just 3-4 minutes away from the U1 station, Troststrasse and only 10 minutes away from the city center. Restaurants, grocery stores, parking P&R for just EUR 4\day and many other things are just steps away from the apartment. The location is ideal for everyone at any time of the year.
The apartment consists of two separate cozy bedrooms, a dining area suitable for 6 people, a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom with a bathtub and a separate toilet. This apartment can accommodate up to 6 people. Our apartment has W-Lan and a Smart TV with Netflix, Prime Video etc. Free bedsheets, towels, iron & iron-board, hair dryer and basic equipments will be provided.

We would like you to feel comfortable and at home at our place but also would appreciate if you could treat our apartment as home as well and look after it.
