Spacious, bright and comfortable room, composed of a double bed, a big wardrobe, a drawers, a desk and chair.
The room is situated in an apartment on the first floor with two other single bedrooms, one bathroom with a shower, another single bedroom with a private bathroom, a totally equipped kitchen, and a balcony.
The bills for water, gas, electricity, and heating are included. Washing machine, air conditioning, TV, oven, microwave.
Cleaning of the apartment: tenants are required to keep the apartment clean and in good condition. The staff will regularly check that this condition is respected; a cleaning lady will come to clean all the common areas (kitchen, bathroom, corridor, balcony). In case the cleaning lady finds the apartment in a state of excessive dirt and disorder, the extra time will be charged to the tenants: the cost is €15\hour to be divided between each tenant of the apartment.
Periodic sanitization: periodically, the common areas, and, on request, the rooms of each tenant will be sanitized with ozone technology. This treatment cleans, disinfects, and deodorizes the environment, eliminates the microorganisms, bacteria, mold, and viruses, and restores an unpolluted environment. Detailed description of the payments:
