Cozy and newly renovated apartment in Almadén street, Las Letras neighborhood, just behind the Caixa Forum. It is the first floor without an elevator, with a balcony facing the street, very bright and quiet. It has a kitchen integrated into the living\dining room, wooden floors, and comfortable, practical, and elegant furniture, ideal for 2 or 4 people, with all the facilities to enjoy a good stay. It is located near the Paseo del Prado, museums such as the Thyseen-Bornemisza, Caixa Forum, Prado, Reina Sofía, and the Botanical Garden among others, all emblematic and very popular places, with a variety of shops, restaurants, tapas bars, and a lot of street life - the most cultural neighborhood of Madrid.
Upon entering you open the space of the open-plan black-top modern kitchen which joins the dining room with a round table and four chairs. To the left and at an angle with a kitchen unit, there are three rustic wooden pillars that delimit the environment with the living room. This one has a small balcony that connects to the street, a comfortable and practical sofa-bed in gray fabric, a coffee table, a smart flat-screen TV on a white console, and two round mirrors on the wall, all creating an attractive, elegant, and cozy. The room is at the back, comfortable and independent, with a 1.60 m double bed, bedside tables on both sides with reading lamps, and a large built-in wardrobe.
In the corridor is the bathroom with a glass-enclosed shower cabin, a vanity unit with drawers, ornate ceramic floors, and walls that resemble very picturesque old tiles. Next to the bathroom door is a small space with a separate door that houses the washer\dryer and cleaning supplies.
This is a very central apartment, however very quiet, which invites visitors to enjoy their stay and to want to return and repeat their Madrid experience.

Apartamento acogedor y recién reformado en calle de Almadén, barrio de Las Letras, justo detrás del Caixa Forum. Es un primer piso sin ascensor, con balcón a la calle, muy iluminado y tranquilo. Cuenta con cocina integrada al salón\comedor, pisos de madera, mobiliario cómodo, práctico y elegante, ideal para 2 o 4 personas, con todas las facilidades para disfrutar de una buena estancia. Está ubicado cerca del Paseo del Prado, museos como el Thyseen-Bornemisza, Caixa Forum, Prado, Reina Sofía, y el Jardín Botánico entre otros, todos lugares emblemáticos y muy concurridos, con comercios variados, restaurantes, bares de tapas y mucha vida del barrio más cultural de Madrid.
Al entrar se abre el espacio de la cocina moderna con tope en negro de planta abierta que se une al comedor con mesa redonda y cuatro sillas. Hacia la izquierda y en ángulo con un mueble de cocina se levantan tres pilares de madera rústicos que delimitan el ambiente con el salón. Este tiene un pequeño balcón que conecta con la calle, un cómodo y práctico sofá-cama en tela gris, mesilla de centro, TV pantalla plana inteligente sobre una consola blanca, dos espejos redondos en la pared, todo creando un ambiente atractivo, elegante y acogedor. La habitación está al fondo, cómoda e independiente, con una cama doble de 1.60 m, mesitas de ambos lados con lámparas de lectura y un amplio armario empotrado.
En el pasillo está el cuarto de baño con cabina de ducha acristalada, mueble de tocador con cajones, pisos y paredes de cerámica adornada que asemeja losetas antiguas muy pintorescas. Al lado de la puerta del baño está un pequeño espacio con puerta independiente que alberga la lavadora\secadora y los utensilios de limpieza.
Este es un apartamento muy céntrico sin embargo muy tranquilo, que invita al visitante a disfrutar de su estancia y a querer regresar y repetir su experiencia madrileña.
