Gracia 3 apartment is of 180m2 and is at an unbeatable location. It is placed in the fourth floor of a building with a porter and an elevator. It has 7 rooms, four big and exterior rooms, two standard rooms and one with a private bathroom. There are many windows in the apartment providing lots of natural light. It has three bathrooms, all with a shower, but one of them is inside a room. So two bathrooms will be shared by 6 tenants and the third bathroom will be only for one tenant.
