Big single room with double bed size for rent in a 5 (hidden)\young workers apartment with 2 bathrooms in San Paolo district, next to Roma Tre University and UNINT.
The apartment is on the 5th floor with lift, it is 8 minutes walking far from Basilica di San Paolo metro station and has numerous supermarkets, pubs, bars and pharmacies in the nearby.
The one-time administration fee (different from the booking fee of the platform) is NOT REFUNDABLE in case of cancellation by the tenant. The fee covers different activities done before your arrival, at your arrival, and during your stay. These activities are:\r
- Maintenance before arrival\r
- Drafting the contract\r
- Assisted check in\r
- Keys at hand at check in\r
- Delivery of a ready-to-use room\r
- Monthly apartment cleaning\r
A payment request will be sent to you after the booking is confirmed.
