Located right next to Barcelona. 19th century house completely renovated to accommodate students. 5 minutes from the metro, train and bus station and 10 minutes from Barcelona. Rooms fully equipped with study table, wardrobe, television, heating and air conditioning, Wi-Fi, etc. The price includes all expenses and also cleaning once a week of the room and all shared rooms. The only thing not included in the rent is the food that the student must buy and cook.
The room is located on the second floor with an exterior window facing a pedestrian street. Room with shared exterior bathroom and private exterior shower.
The accommodation is for university students, masters, postgraduates, doctorates, teachers, etc.
Bicycles, electric scooters, etc. are not allowed.
The house has a washer and dryer and hanging clothes are not allowed in the room or in the house.
It is a house with 9 rooms where tranquility, cleanliness, order and respect are required.
Priority is given to university courses, so the contracts are from September to June included and from July to August included. For other dates of entry, contracts are made with completion in August.
The rooms are for the exclusive use of the student and an overnight companion is not allowed in individual rooms.
In single rooms with a double bed, occasional overnight stays for a companion are allowed at a cost per night.

Habitaciones totalmente equipadas con mesa de estudio, armario, televisor, calefacción y aire acondicionado,wifi, etc. El precio incluye todos los gastos y además la limpieza una vez a la semana de la habitación y de todas las estancias compartidas. Lo único no incluido en el alquiler es la comida que el estudiante debe comprar y cocinar.
La habitación está situada en la segunda planta con ventana exterior a calle peatonal. Habitación con baño compartido exterior y ducha privada exterior.
El alojamiento es para estudiantes universitarios, de master, postgrado, doctorado, profesores, etc.
No se admiten bicicletas, patinetes eléctricos, etc.
La casa tiene lavadora y secadora y no se admite tender ropa ni en la habitación ni en la casa.
Es una casa de 9 habitaciones donde se pide tranquilidad, limpieza, orden y respeto.
Se da prioridad a los cursos universitarios por lo que los contratos son de Septiembre a Junio incluido y de Julio a Agosto incluido. Para otras fechas de entrada se realizan contratos con finalización en Agosto.
Las habitaciones son de uso exclusivo para el estudiante y en habitaciones individuales no se admite pernoctación de acompañante.
En habitaciones individuales con cama doble se admite pernoctación puntual de acompañante con un coste por noche.
