The flat is perfect for international students and young workers. The flat is in between the neighborhood Gran via and the neighborhood Ruzafa, two very popular areas of Valencia!
The flat has the advantage of being located right between two great neighborhoods. Ruzafa is a growing popular spot where many students like to spend their time. Because of the many restaurants and bars this is a great place to meet a lot of people and have a good time! Gran Via is a sophisticated, relaxed neighborhood. The streets are wide and its layout is ordered. Here you can find many cafes and boutiques.
The flat is well connected to public transport by having metro stations and bus stops close to the flat.
-The Colon metro station is 15 minutes away, which connects you to the lines 3, 5, 7 and 9 of the Valencia metro network. The Amado Granell - Montolivet station is about 5 minutes away and connects you to line 10.
- The bus can also connect you with the entire city. The bus stop is just in front of the door of the flat. Here you can take line 19, line 40, line c3 and line 13.
