The apartment is about 70 m2. The building is in a really quiet neighborhood and you have all that you need close to the flat. Supermarkets, cafés, bars, groceries, shops (open h24) and the shopping mall Galeria Krakowska are all very close to the place!
This is an old historical building recently renovated. Perfect apartment for foreign students and\or young workers (people willing to live in the center and hate cars).
The flat is made of 3 loft rooms each of them with locks and independent entrance. The rooms are fully furnished. There is a filter anti-smog in the apartment.
There are normally 3 people living in the apartment, 1 person each room.
The bills are low cause the window (in pvc) are very good and there is an excellent insulation in the apartment.
There is an air filter panel on the roof (very important cause Kraków is a polluted city).
