The living room and dining room have two exterior balconies. The house is renovated and decorated with attention to detail. The portal overlooks a small pedestrian plaza and there are numerous restaurants and terraces in the area where you can enjoy the city. Equipped kitchen, microwave, dishwasher and ceramic hob. Individual heating, the house is very warm. The house also has a washing machine.
