Our apartment is a spacious apartment located in Poble Nou, in a privileged area next to the beach and very close to the city center. By public transportation, you can reach Cataluña Square in less than 15 minutes.
The apartment is a very spacious 110m2 attic located on the top floor of a modern building with an elevator. It consists of three twin rooms, with two single beds in each room and two full bathrooms, one bathroom has a shower and the other a long bathtub. The living room is fully equipped and has two sofa-beds, for the seventh and eighth person. In the kitchen you can prepare all kinds of meals, it is very well equipped, it even has a dishwasher and tumble dryer.
The apartment has a beautiful terrace with a table and chairs as well as two hammocks for sunbathing, the terrace is accessed through the living room and the primary bedroom.
The apartment has central air-conditioning and also central heating. High-speed wifi is guaranteed by the fiber-optic system.
This is the fanciest area now in the city, it is a privileged place due to its location, which is ideal for living, for work and to spend the holidays in Barcelona. Everything is close to Poble Nou!! The beach is in the near, you can take a walk there, or choose between the several public transportation options to arrive at any destination of the city. You can even rent a bike and cycle.
In the neighborhood, there are several shops and markets available to buy food, quality, and exclusive products. There are many good restaurants to have lunch or dinner, with terraces to enjoy the great weather, and nice places to try the best tapas.
