-Rent has to be paid in the first 3 days of the month

*Check-in and check-out schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:30 - 12:30 and 17:00 - 19:30, outside of this time frame the tenant has to pay a 40€ fee.
*Weekend check-in and national\local holidays: 45€
-Documents required for professionals: ID\Passport, last 3 payslips
-Documents required for students: ID\Passport both from the student and the guarantor, acceptance letter from university and last 3 payslips from the guarantor or a bank statement
