Beautiful apartment in an amazing area. Ideal for two students or family!
The two rooms have two full beds - in the bigger room there is a sofa bed, which is perfect but for one person and it can be extend it very easy for two. The appartment is third floor. One Big Saloon around 24 square meters with a balcony to the very quiet street ( here is a sofa bed that can be extended for one or two people to sleep), kitchen and sleeping room to the quiet yard. You have two separate bathrooms, one with the toilet and sink and one with the shower and sink and floor heated terrazzo. Everything is just renovated and completely new. Great details, a lot of the apartment is kept like it was built in 1908. Kitchen and bathroom are completely rebuilt from scratch.
The Area: Great restaurants, lively neighbourhood on Badstr just 2 min. away. With a big supermarket open 7-24hs, the lobe block, a big park with public pool, boulder facility with a public sauna - all within walking distance. It’s a great and very Berlin part of the city.
Uniquely well connected, you get anywhere, very fast by public transport and with the bike.
The street is quiet yet within three minutes walk there is the subway U8 that takes you in 8 minutes to Alexanderplatz, and many more places, also the big mall\train station in Gesundbrunnen\North Cross (ring trains\regional trains\ICE) is within 7 minutes walk - from here you get everywhere, very fast, Mainstation 4 minutes, Airport 30 minutes, City Center East 8 minutes.
