Our spacious, modern apartment is designed for co-living, providing a comfortable and convenient living experience for all residents. There are 2 bathrooms to share between the residents. There is also a seating area in the communal area and a dining area in the kitchen for socializing with your roommates. Additionally, there is a storage room to keep your belongings, and a washroom that will be used for washing machines and cleaning supplies, and you can dry the clothes there. You can find many local artisan bakeries and coffee shops nearby. This is definitely one of the best neighbourhoods to enjoy this vibrant city.
PLEASE NOTE:
+ Bills are not included in the rent price.
+ Security Deposit (equivalent to the amount of two month's rent and paid during the check in).
+ Admin fee (One time fee, must be paid before the check in).
+ The security deposit is equal to two months’ rent, as indicated in the payment plan. Alternatively, tenants can choose to pay a deposit equal to 1 month’s rent. In this case, the monthly rent will increase by 15%.
CHECK-IN TIME:
- Monday to Friday - from 8 am until 6 pm.

RENTAL CONDITIONS:
- There is a rental contract that must be signed and respected by the tenant(s).
- For the rental contract it is necessary a copy of an ID Document and fiscal number.
- During the booking process it is mandatory to be indicated who are the persons that are going to rent the accommodation and do the check-in.
- The security deposit must be paid before or during the check-in and it will be returned if the accommodation is left in the same condition as received
- The security deposit can't be part of the last month's rent.
- Every tenant is responsible for keeping the accommodation clean and in good conditions.
- Parties are not allowed.
- Loud noises are not allowed after 22:00.
- Smoking inside the property is not allowed.
- Pets or animals are not allowed.
- Guest stays are limited to a maximum of 5 days. Extensions beyond this period require prior authorisation.
We carry out contracts, issue receipts within the scope of the law and assist with obtaining the Residential Visa.
