It's a quiet neighbourhood with exceptional transportation options like the 24-hour 4 and 6 tram, which can easily bring you to the lively city center within 10 minutes. Living next to the river of Donau also means you're just a short stroll away from some of Budapest's most scenic spots, perfect for enjoying a drink or a relaxing evening by the water.
PLEASE NOTE:
+ Bills are not included in the rent price.
+ Security Deposit (equivalent to the amount of two month's rent and paid during the check in).
+ Admin fee (One time fee, must be paid before the check in).
+ The security deposit is equal to two months’ rent, as indicated in the payment plan. Alternatively, tenants can choose to pay a deposit equal to 1 month’s rent. In this case, the monthly rent will increase by 15%.
CHECK-IN TIME:
- Monday to Friday - from 8 am until 6 pm.
- If you cannot make any of these times message us and we will try to arrange something
RENTAL CONDITIONS:
- There is a rental contract that must be signed and respected by the tenant(s).
- For the rental contract it is necessary a copy of an ID Document and fiscal number.
- During the booking process it is mandatory to be indicated who are the persons that are going to rent the accommodation and do the check-in.
- The security deposit must be paid before or during the check-in and it will be returned if the accommodation is left in the same condition as received
- The security deposit can't be part of the last month's rent.
- Every tenant is responsible for keeping the accommodation clean and in good conditions.
- Parties are not allowed.
- Loud noises are not allowed after 22:00.
- Smoking inside the property is not allowed.
- Pets or animals are not allowed.
- Guest stays are limited to a maximum of 5 days. Extensions beyond this period require prior authorisation.
We carry out contracts, issue receipts within the scope of the law and assist with obtaining the Residential Visa.
