Each room has a ceiling fan, while the apartment boasts natural light, excellent cross-ventilation, and optional covered parking (€50).

To join our co-living community, a minimum stay of three months is required, along with a refundable one-month deposit to secure your spot. Upon move-in, you’ll need to pay the first month’s rent or a prorated amount, depending on your start date. -After 20:00 ? Must be coordinated in advance and has a cost of 50€.
Saturday
-From 11:00 to 13:00 ? No additional cost.
-Outside these hours ? Must be previously coordinated, and has a cost of 30€.

Must be arranged in advance
IMPORTANT
-A person will be sent to deliver the keys.
-Once the arrival time is agreed, there will be a maximum waiting time of 30 minutes.
-If you can not arrive at the scheduled time, you must notify us at least 1 hour in advance.
Courier forwarding (in case of not arriving at the agreed time):

-30€ until 21:00
-50€ after 21:00

- Bed linen and towels are not included. However, you can purchase a package from us with brand-new bed linen and towels for €90. This will include 1 fitted sheet, 1 duvet cover and pillow cover, 1 body towel, and 1 hand towel. You can also purchase used bedlinen from us for €50 and we will wash and disinfect them for you.
- If you don't purchase the package, you must bring these items yourself. The measurements for the bedlinen are 90x190 for a single bed and 140x190 for a double bed.
