This lovely private bedroom in a fully equipped, furnished and all-inclusive flatshare in Lyon is a mix of comfort and design. It has got household furnishings, including a bed with pillows and duvet What is missing is your things to feel at home! The room can be locked if you need intimacy. All our rooms are fully furnished (bed, desk, wardrobe, duvet, pillows...).
The flatshare is located in the \;Jean Macé\; neighborhood, in the heart of Lyon. Plenty of restaurants, shops, public transports can be found nearby. The apartment is on floor #5 , with elevator. It is entirely furnished and is composed of a large kitchen with refrigerator, crockery, microwave, kitchen ustensils, pans, kettle, toaster... The flat also has an ironing board, a clothes rack, an iron, a washing machine. You will also find cleaning items directly in the apartment: broom, dustpan and brush, bagless hoover, mop and bucket... Every furnished flatshare includes all expenses: household waste tax, unlimited wi-fi, condominium fees, housing insurance, water, electricity. All our flats are fully equipped (washing machine, dishes, decoration...) by our teams, who also take care of the technical and material maintenance.
The Jean Macé neighbourhood in Lyon's 7th arrondissement is mainly residential, blooming with flowers and open spaces. The district where this lovely furnished flatshare is located, has many public service buildings around the main square which hosts a large food market on Wednesdays and Saturdays. As the neighbourhood is near some of Lyon's biggest universities, many students have made it their home and numerous bars and night clubs can be found here (notably on rue Chevreul). Similarly, you can stumble upon parks, football fields, or calm terraces around almost every street corner. With trains, the subway, buses and trams all connecting here, this area is one of the best-served by public transport.
