These 3 or 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartments are modern and elegant in style and are located in the centre of Barcelona, very close to La Rambla, El Born and Barceloneta. The establishment is located in a lively area, with numerous bars and restaurants.
The apartments have a balcony in the living room area, air conditioning, and Wi-Fi connection.
The living room has comfortable sofas and a smart TV. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher and washing machine\dryer.
The standard double room is for single use and has a shared bathroom with another room. It will be provided with towels and bedding upon arrival.
No parties or bachelor\bachelorette parties are allowed.
- Reservations with a minimum stay of 32 days and a maximum of 11 months.
- Deposit: 1 month (Subject to length of stay)
- Final Cleaning: 80 euros.
