The kitchen it’s connected with the living room thanks to a counter which has stools to use it like a dining table for four people.
Next there is a hallway to the bedroom, which has a double bed and a built-in closet. Finally, following the hallway, there is a bathroom with a shower.
The apartment has a beautiful private terrace located on the third floor of the building whose access is from outside of the apartment. The terrace has sofas, armchairs and a dining table for four people.

In recent years it has also had an important boom, which has made it one of the most exclusive and expensive areas of the city.
