Kindly be aware, reservations are strictly set to start and end on Thursdays, though it is possible to arrive later or leave earlier within the booking period, without a refund for the days not used.
After booking on HousingAnywhere, it is mandatory to create an account in the house provider app to receive the entry code and upload credit card details for payments.
PAY ATTENTION! Regarding payments and additional fees:
? Payments are on a 4-week basis (the rent price shown in HousingAnywhere is for 4 weeks only, not for the whole month!) for the type of contract provided by the landlord. Therefore, you will be asked a proportional additional amount to complete the payment of the month.
?For bookings over 8 weeks: iinitial pre-payment of the first 4 weeks of the booking to HousingAnywhere, then supplier charges the following 4 weeks of the booking period, final cleaning (€150), deposit (€200) and city tax (63€) before check-in. Credit card charged every 4 weeks.
