Cleaning of the apartment: the tenants are required to keep the apartment clean and in good condition. The staff will regularly check that this condition is respected; a cleaning lady will come to clean all the common areas (kitchen, bathroom, corridor, courtyard). In case the cleaning lady finds the apartment in a state of excessive dirt and disorder, the extra time will be charged to the tenants: the cost is €15\hour to be divided between each tenant of the apartment.
