Very spacious and cozy room to rent in a fantastic location in Ljubljana
Large, spacious room 22m2 in a high ground floor flat in a typical Ljubljana town house. This room is fully
furnished with a size bed (160x200), closet, study desk. It has big windows for plenty of natural light.
You will be sharing the flat with two flat mates. There is a fully equipped communal kitchen with a garden for morning coffee, a bathroom and toilet. There is a reliable wi-fi all over the house and the garden.
The house has a private, green garden where you can barbecue, sunbathe or just simply relax after a busy day. There is also possibility of parking (behind a gate) and the best thing is the fantastic location. House is literally 2 minutes (walking distance) away from the green oasis of the city, famous Tivoli park and 5 minutes from city Center on one side and city bike and bus stations (for more distant destinations) on the other. For your weekend trips around Europe you can just hop on a train which is also in immediate
vicinity (Tivoli station).
The price of the rent does not include the utility costs (water, gas, electricity, internet, maintenance ...) which usually average at
around one hundred € per person\month during winter season. In case of any emergencies in the flat, the maintenance crew is always
on stand-by. Cleaning service is included in the price.
