While staying in this accommodation, you will have easy access to some of Madrid's most exclusive shopping areas and a vibrant nightlife scene. The area is known for its high-end boutiques, luxury restaurants, and trendy bars. The neighborhood is also home to several beautiful parks, including the Parque de Eva Perón and the Parque de la Fuente del Berro. These parks provide residents with green spaces to relax and enjoy outdoor activities.
Situated in the heart of the Salamanca neighborhood, this 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom apartment has 4 bedrooms. The district is the definition of posh: one walk along its main street, Calle Serrano, located a 12 minute stroll from the flat and lined with designer stores and hip restaurants and you'll see why! The rooms for rent are all simply yet fully furnished, complete with a double bed, small table, chest of drawers, and a rack to hang your clothes.
