This one-bedroom apartment is ideal for long and short stays. The whole place has exquisite designer furniture and gets good lighting from the window balcony. To the left of the lounge area and the TV is the dining table with space for 4. The apartment also comes with the option to rent parking and a storage room.
On the other side of the eating area is the integrated kitchen. It comes with an oven, hobs, and dishwasher - each appliance is from a top brand. For all your laundry needs; there is a common laundry area on the ground floor of the building.
Inside the minimalist style bedroom, you have a Queen-size bed with elegant bed covers, built-in wardrobes, and another window balcony for street views. Additionally, there is an en suite bathroom with a walk-in shower.
This apartment is for you if you want to stay in a central Spanish neighborhood with local shops and a nearby plaza with tourist activities.
Location
This flat is located on a narrow street that leads into the local square. You ´ll be close to the action and the rush of the city while still retaining tranquility.
Just a few minutes away you have El Rastro - a historic market that takes place every Sunday since the middle ages. El Rastro is the perfect place to pick up a souvenir to commemorate your stay. Afterwards, a few minutes walking from the apartment is Plaza Mayor; the main square of the city and a must-visit location.
Also close by you have the Reina Sofía National Art Museum which holds a big collection of works from Dali and Picasso.
For food, we always recommend the Ástor Gastro-Place for fresh cocktails, fine dining, and a great ambiance. Otherwise, you can check out DCorazon for traditional tapas in this underground restaurant.
Concerning transport, there are innumerable bus and taxi options available. The closest metro station is Lavapiés but you also have Embajadores, La Latina and Puerta de Toledo metro stations to take you around the city and further on.
