The Space:
? The apartment is made up of a bright living room with large windows and doors leading out to a balcony. The living room is furnished with a large sofa that opens to provide a double bed, flat-screen TV with Netflix, a large open plan dining area and a kitchen.
? The kitchen has a stove and oven, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer compartment, toaster, Nespresso coffee machine, electric kettle, cutlery and flatware for 6 guests.
? The bathroom has a sink and bath tub with a shower head and the toilet has its own room.
? Both bedrooms have a double bed and wardrobe
? There is a washer in the apartment.

To ensure a smooth check-in experience, please request the sofa bed setup before your arrival date.
If the request is made after check-in, a 75€ service fee will apply to cover preparation and logistics.
Towels:

? Additional towel requests will incur an extra fee.
For stays longer than 7 days:
The first additional towel request is free of charge.
The second and any subsequent requests will be subject to an additional fee.
Cleaning Request:
? For stays of 28 days or more, we offer a complimentary bi-weekly cleaning service, including towel and linen exchange, to ensure a fresh and comfortable stay.
? For stays of less than 28 days, cleaning services are available upon request for an additional fee.

As per the house rules, we kindly request a deposit\guarantee to be made 2 days before your check-in, as per our house rules, in order to receive your check-in instructions.
Pet Policy:
We’re happy to welcome small dogs (under 13 kg)! Approval is required to ensure everyone enjoys their stay.
Here’s what you need to know:
Pets Accepted: Small dogs under 13 kg only. Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate cats or other pets.
Approval Process: Let us know your dog’s breed, size, and any relevant details for pre-approval.
Security Deposit: A refundable deposit is required to cover any potential damages or extra cleaning.
Guest Responsibility: We kindly ask that your dog is well-behaved, house-trained, and does not disturb the neighbors.
We allow a 30-minute grace period after the official check-out time (11 am). After this period, a late check-out fee will be applied. Additionally, any damage or staining to the couch, as well as any unauthorized additional guests, will result in extra charges.
