Hello, dear apartment seekers!
Your beautiful 26 sqm room is part of a 120 sqm shared apartment. There are a total of 4 bedrooms, one bathroom with toilet, bathtub and a shower, one separate toilet, living-dining room and a hallway.
The room has three large windows with windowsill, and parquet flooring. The large windows make the room very bright. The room has a private balcony.
The apartment has been recently renovated. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge and a cooler, dishwasher, microwave, kettle and everything else you need for life. The washer-dryer is available in the bathroom and can of course be used.
Your room is equipped with an Ikea Hemnes double bed (pull-out, area 160x200cm), a wardrobe, a closet, a desk with a swivel chair and a table lamp.
We do not have a cleaning schedule. However, we do have a cleaning lady who regularly cleans the apartment. The costs for the cleaning lady and cleaning supplies are included in the rent.
