The 37 square meter, bright room has a beautiful old parquet floor and a pleasant old building room height. The absolute highlight of the room is the open fireplace. Due to its fantastic location near the Isar floodplain (100 meters away), the Au is one of the most popular residential areas in Munich. The Glockenbachviertel with its countless bars and cafes begins just a bridge over the Isar. In 100 meters you can walk to the Isar, where it is wonderful to sit by the water, especially in summer.
