Information regarding the contract and deposit:
In order to schedule a check-in time and to hand you the key to your new home, we would need to receive the deposit (2 months' rent) in our bank account. Careful: proof of transfer is not accepted. So please take this into consideration when you book.
After the booking on the platform, you will have 2 days to register in our system (with your official documents and contact details) and to sign the contract. Within 3 days after signing the contract, we will expect the deposit to hit our bank account. Keep in mind that international transfers can take a few business days so we suggest you transfer the deposit as soon as you sign the contract.
In case you don't transfer the deposit on time, we'll have to cancel your reservation and you might lose the first month's rent.
We are a legitimate and certified landlord that is responsible for ten buildings across Berlin and have several apartments in this category that may vary in the layout than what’s included in the listing. Be mindful that 7% VAT is included in the rental price.
