RENTAL CONDITION
Please note that we charge 16.33% per month rented as an agency commission, payable only once on or before the date of entry. Internet is included in the rental price, the rest of the bills will be paid separately (100\150 euros per month). To rent, students will have to provide information about a guarantor (should be their parents), while workers will be asked to present their last three payslips and their employment contract. The self-employed can present their d(hidden)ration of income. If you want to avoid showing any information, you can pay your rent + bills all together
EXAMPLE:
- 1 month rent: the agency commission would be 16.33% of the first month's rent. to pay only once
- 2 months' rent: the agency commission would be 32.66% of the first month's rent. to pay only once
- 4 months rent: the agency fees would amount to 65.32% of the first month's rent. to pay only once
DEPOSIT:
Up to 6 months rental period: The deposit fee is one monthly rent month
BILLS:
The bills mentioned in the listing are an estimate, at the end of your tenancy you will be shown how much has been consumed and accordingly the difference will be charged to you or returned to you
CONTRACTS:
- Contracts will be sent to each tenant and guarantor’s email. The contracts should be digitally signed by everyone mentioned in the contract, including guarantor.
- Contract should be fully signed before checking in
CHECKIN:
Tenants to arrive at our office in Carrer de Llacuna 94 with a valid ID between Monday to Friday 9am to 6pm to collect keys
If the check in is after working hours or on weekends an agent will be sent to the apartment with keys. A late check in fee of 25 euros to be paid in cash for check ins after 9pm, and 40 euros after 11pm.
PAYMENT:
You have 3 options to pay the balance
1. Cash (can be paid in office, only for checkins on weekdays before 6pm)
2. Card (can be paid in office if checkin is on a weekday before 6pm, or an instant link payment can be sent for weekend checkins or those who want to pay in advance - please note a card fee of 2.5% on the final amount will be charged for card payments)
3. Bank Transfer - the amount should show in our bank account on or before your check in day.
