Wonderful newly renovated studio in Poblenou, 5 minutes from the metro station Salva de Mar. Poblenou is the most colorful district of Barcelona, where you can find excellent cafes, bars and a huge variety of shopping center. This is a city where you can live between the city center and great beaches of Barcelona.
This charming apartment is fully equipped and ready to receive new customers. The studio is very spacious and you have everything at your fingertips. The living room is nicely opened to the bedroom which contains a convenient closet.
The kitchen is very modern and furnished and the bathroom is spacious.

? RENTAL CONDITIONS:
- Landlord's Other Fee: 16.33% of the total rental value (amount of 1 month calculated in the Rent Summary as \;Other\;. The total amount of the full stay will be charged at the move-in date)
EXAMPLE:
- 1-month rent: agency fee would be the 16,33% of the first-month rent. To be paid only once
- 2 months rent: agency fee would be the 32,66% of the first-month rent. To be paid only once
- 4 months rent: agency fee would be the 65,32% of the first-month rent. To be paid only once
For renting, students will need to provide guarantor information (should be their parents), while workers will be required to provide their three most recent payslips and their employment contract. Those self employed can show their tax d(hidden)ration. If you want to avoid showing any information, you can pay your rent + bills all together
DEPOSIT:
- Up to 6 months rental period: The deposit fee is one monthly rent month
- More than 6 months rental period: the deposit fee is two monthly rent.
BILLS:
The bills mentioned in the listing are an estimate, at the end of your tenancy you will be shown how much has been consumed and accordingly the difference will be charged to you or returned to you
CONTRACTS:
- Contracts will be sent to each tenant and guarantor’s email. The contracts should be digitally signed by everyone mentioned in the contract, including guarantor.
- Contract should be fully signed before checking in
CHECKIN:
Tenants to arrive at our office in Carrer de Llacuna 94 with a valid ID between Monday to Friday 9am to 6pm to collect keys
If the check in is after working hours or on weekends an agent will be sent to the apartment with keys. A late check in fee of 25 euros to be paid in cash for check ins after 9pm, and 40 euros after 11pm.
PAYMENT:
You have 3 options to pay the balance
1. Cash (can be paid in office, only for checkins on weekdays before 6pm)
2. Card (can be paid in office if checkin is on a weekday before 6pm, or an instant link payment can be sent for weekend checkins or those who want to pay in advance - please note a card fee of 2.5% on the final amount will be charged for card payments)
3. Bank Transfer - the amount should show in our bank account on or before your check in day.
