It has a comfortable double bed with extra storage under it that permit keeping your belongings, a big 3 door closet to organize all your belongings and a working area in front of the window with a desk lamp. The smart TV will make your stay more comfortable too.

100 m2 apartment located on the 3rd floor of a building with elevator. Bright, spacious, modern, elegant and fully equipped.
Living area with a sofa, TV, large table to share your meals with other colivers. Private terrace with table and chairs with views to the street.
Completely equipped and modern kitchen with fridge, stove, dishwasher, oven, microwave, toaster, coffee machine and all utensils for cooking and eating. Laundry area with a washing machine.

ARRIVALS AND DEPARTURES PRICE POLICY
? If you arrive:
- Between the 1st and 10th days of each month, you will need to pay the entire month.
- Between the 11th and the 20th day of each month, we will discount 20% of your rent for the first month.
- The 21st or later, you will pay per day. The price per night is 35€\single room and 50€\2people occupancy.
? If you leave:
- Between the 1st and 9th days of each month, you will pay per day. The price per night is 35€\single room and 50€\2people occupancy.
- Between the 10th and the 19th day of each month, we will discount you 20% of your rent for the last month.
- The 20th or later, you will need to pay for the entire month.
CHECK-IN POLICY:
Here you have all the available check-in options:
- Working days Monday to Friday from 09.00h to 19.00h at our Office (Carrer de Puigmartí 35, local 1 – Gràcia neighborhood, next to Joanic metro station (L4)) with no charge.
- Working days Monday to Friday from 09.00h to 19.00h at your new apartment with a 35 € extra fee.
- Weekends & Festivity days from 09.00h to 21.00h or Working days from 19.00h to 20.00h directly at your new apartment per 50€ extra fee.
